Stand the test of time

Members of the Mindhive team built the first fully integrated commercial laundry control system 20 years ago. It turned out to be one of the best automated commercial laundries out there. Our client Alsco Dunedin was keen to hold on to the success of this technology. However, it was time for an upgrade. 

Solution 

As this project revolved around joining past and present technology, a careful assessment was made as to where best to run the ‘seams’. The result: a control system fully interfacing with all the original control output equipment. It hosts the original application, yet now runs on modern hardware. The modernisation was a success and Mindhive continues to collaborate with this client.
